Student Clubs, Organizations, and Sports Teams
Bay Atlantic University is proud and committed to expanding the range of the student organizations that it’s students have developed. The “New Student Club Application Form” is located at the bottom of the page.
Resources are available for students seeking to create unique activities on campus and around Washington D.C.
Current BAU Student Organizations:
Student Government Association (SGA): This organization is dedicated to make the student body’s voice heard. They are responsible for student events, holding student town halls, and being representatives at Bay Atlantic University, the Global Policy Institute, and outside events.
Master Networking:
BAU offers students focused on their professional development a group which dedicates itself to networking and community outreach. Meeting times can vary so please reach out to (wchapman@bau.edu) for more information.
Self-Defense Course: Learn survival skills, escapes, scenario training, stress control, and defense tactics.
Class instructor is a BAU student as well as an undefeated pro fighter.
Film and Book Club: Taking a deeper look at the content of books and the meanings of movies. This club meets every other Wednesday to discuss the current book they have been reading or movie they are watching.
BAU Radio & Podcasting Club: Creating the college radio and learning details on becoming a live stream radio artist, creating content for radio.
Photography Club: To promote creativity through photography, to share and critique the photographs of peers, to educate and improve technical skills, and to spread the love of photography throughout the BAU and Mentora community. Creating photography/ sight seeing tours and photographing marketing materials, social media materials for peers.
